Unprofessional workmanship, poor business ethics and you can count on the owner NOT to show up when he says he will. I would describe the workmanship as amateurish but it is abundantly obvious that NO pride whatsoever was taken in performance of the work on my furniture. The mistakes were obvious and readily visible. It was as if the owner was bending over backwards just to see just how crappy...

Furniture Doctor is incompetent! Willie Conley ruined our dresser instead of fixing it. He left the job with the dresser disassembled and when we tried to put the drawers back in, they wouldn't slide in properly. Do NOT hire the Furniture Doctor!!
