Help us make it rightPaul Charron and Sharon Enoch opened The Full Moon Café on the Manteo Waterfront, Roanoke Island Outer Banks in 1995. Sharon is a native of Baltimore, and as one of the oldest of nine children, she's no stranger to making food in large quantities. "I credit my Mom for my culinary adventures. She had a horde of mouths to feed, but every Sunday we would set the table with fine china and silver...

In a renovated gas station, this wonderfully cheerful bistro has large front windows and lots of patio seating. The herbed hummus with toasted pita is fantastic, as are the fat crab cakes and baked crab-dip appetizer. Other choices include salads, veggie wraps, seafood enchiladas, burgers of all kinds, and hearty sandwiches. Light eaters beware: even the Waldorf salad comes with a million...
Grab a sidewalk table at lunchtime or cozy up to the bar in the tap room and enjoy one of The Full Moon Café’s quesadillas or many wraps. Cool little brewpub with the bar/taproom on one side, a restaurant section on the other, and a good amount of outdoor seating. The taproom was tiny but still accommodated about 12 seats and had a nice little flat screen TV to watch the games.
Good beer selection with 10 in-house brews and one guest tap to pick from.
Food was good as well with a mix of pub food and higher end seafood to pair...
Great Location in the Heart of Downtown Manteo that even the Locals Frequent...Good Food and Great Micro Brews. If weather permits, sit outside and watch the tourists.
Full Moon was Stop #3 out of 6 on a self created trip to several local area Northeastern North Carolina breweries. And out of all of them Full Moon was the #1 TOP brewery spot in my book. Upon...
