Their staff are not knowledgeable, the managers are Extremely rude, and their service warranty's are a HUGE waste of money.

I recently had a bad experience with a warranty on my laptop. After dropping it off, I did not hear back from them at all.
The store manager was very rude, argued with me, and tried to push the blame regarding the damage and follow up on my laptop. Needless to say...

Will not accept return of items bought on the Internet, even gift items from grandma. Plus they only play Mexican music in their store, VERY LOUD. Very unpleasant experience.
