Great Burgers, but...

I love the burgers here, but the service is a bit too slow for my patience. Like another reviewer stated - too many tables per server. Should be easy enough to fix, right? I sometimes get the fish & chips, and learned early on to bring my own malt vinegar since this chain does not have this necessary condiment on their allowed product list (according to the manager I spoke with). How can you...

we love Friendly's because it's fast, fun and the food is pretty good... you may wait a bit for your service, but given the promise of a sundae most kids will persevere... colorful menu and M&M pancakes......
