When we walked in the restaurant and there was not a lot of people it was around 3 est. Why we had to walk past a whole bunch of clean tables for the hostess to sit us at a dirty table is beyond me. The waitress came to table and cleaned it after I had to give direction to do...

They will only cook your hamburger medium well. I requested medium, and they refused. It was so well done that it may as well be a charcoal briquette. This policy does not bode well for their quality of meat. Stick to the ice cream at this establishment.

went to the friendlys on broad street in richmond va today and it was the worst customer service i have ever had. service was slow, they messed up the same order twice, the manager tried to fix it by giving me a coupon for a free kids meal that was EXPIRED and it took 11 minutes to get my ticket, after asking for it 3 times to the waitress and manager. food is good but will never never spend my...
