My family & I have frequented Friendly's since I was a little girl. Unfortunately, the chain has done nothing but decline since the late '80's. Today's experience was so frustrating, that, as a family, we've decided that it will be our last. First of all, the cleanliness of the facility (Colonial Heights, VA locale) left much to be desired. My flip flops were sticking to the floor. We were sat quickly, because there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. Even so, we waited over an hour for our food! Not only is that infuriating for an adult, but very hard to explain to my hungry 2 year old....

Ice Cream Lilaguide

I have the ice cream selection but the food is not all that good. The sevice was very slow to me. I was visiting and was not very impressed.
