I just returned from eating at Friendly's in Berlin VT. I was with my daughter and her 16 yr old & 4 yr old sons. Meals were brought for my daughter, 16 yr old and me. The 4 yr old was told his would be out in a few minutes. After about 15 minutes we checked on the 4 Yr old's meal and were told they would check on it. We were almost completed our meals and gave the 4 YR old the rest of our food...
