Rude staff who that do not know anything about the products you bring in. One guy the main guy I'm assuming talks down to customers. I urge you DO NOT BRING YOU ITEMS HERE. Unless you enjoy being haggled down to 5 cents for a brand new item. What a joke these people are.

people, its a thrift store, lighten up! its not saks. you will not get the best service here for sure. but if you are looking for a steal on st.john or prada then check the place out... I've never consigned here so I don't know about how all that works, all I can say is that I bought a chanel flats for 290 and they are great... they are normally like twice that price!
