Very friendly people, and fast service. Was a little suprised 4 new tubes would cost over $100, then again I don't know much about the bike business.

I've been there twice. I figured out why I've never see anybody else in there and after the second visit I don't know if I will return. Their service department prices are outrageous! I think somebody has to remind them that they are working on bicycles and not German cars. They do good work but be ready to pay the price.
