Tried to rip me off because I'm a woman then left me keys to someone else's car after hours, come to find out my car was left open with the keys in the ignition.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience working with the staff at Freedom Chevrolet. Our sales rep Hector did a good job the managers understood what payment we wanted and adjusted the price to make it happen.

Made in an appointment for 3pm for a simple oil change.. 2 hours later and my car is still NOT being worked on.. When I asked the service guy he just said sorry but DIDN'T care!! Said that the time that was set was just a check in time! Then there's no point of making an appointment! Horrible customer service!!! Will not be returning and do not recommend anyone going

Last Tuesday, Nov 10, in mid afternoon, my Equinox had a dead battery. While waiting for AAA to give me a jumpstart, I called Freedom to let them know I needed a battery replacement. The woman who answered the phone with appointments put me on hold while she called the service manager to see if they could handle the workload. When she returned, I was told that they could not handle the workload...

Went in for one problem. 1300 later came out with a new problem. Worst experience. They fixed something that was not causing my problem in the first place so now I still have the same problem and out 1300 bucks
