From start to finish they exceeded my expectations. The most professional company ive dealt with in Florida. They came right out and fixed my air conditioner fast. All their prices were printed on there paperwork and the technician was very informative. THANK YOU FREEDOM

Charged us $218 to replace a thermostat. They were already there on a service call which cost $49.95. Be very careful on what they are trying to charge. No negotiations whatsoever. They serviced three properties of ours but refused to even give a break. Would not recommend them. Plenty of honest ac repair companies out there. Definitely would not recommend Freedom Air.

I interviewed 4 contractors for the job of replacing the duct work in a 30-yr-old house. I had done research online to find out what questions I needed to ask when getting an estimate. The company representative "Bill" gave me all the right answers, provided references and referrals, and came in with the lowest bid. It turned out the ducts were not the problem - it was an electrical failure in the furnace wiring. It was temporarily repaired and the system is up and running nicely. Curtis will wrap it up after some paperwork is taken care of. He solved the problem quickly and very professionally. I would absolutely recommend him to others.

Called them for a tune up, they didn't do much since they said I need a new ac system and said they'd call me to come back and give me an estimate. Never came back back or called within the stated 24 hour period. Guess they don't want my business.
