I recently purchased a 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander and traded in a Leased 2009 RAV4. I agreed with the sales team to pay $329/mo over 75 months at 4.99%. When it came time to sign the papers the details were $329/mo at 6.99% for 84 months. I challenged these numbers. They changed them to as agreed and attributed this to a 'communications error'. After talking to people at work and friends, I found others had similar experiences. My advice: do NOT get your vehicle here unless you like throwing money away!
