Took a Chance - Glad I did!
Poor reviews didn't deter me (maybe should have). I placed an order online a little after noon today and cleared up a Paypal snafu by calling them. My order and message for recipient was taken promptly and contrary to the next day delivery requirement (due to after 12 noon) the perfect bouquet was delivered locally the same day and within two hours. Very impressive indeed. Nice job Fran's! Thanks!

Terrible Service!!
Placed an order on Sunday for my wife and my anniversary...nothing was delivered! They took the money but delivered no goods. Called the manager and was told that they didn't see the order until 4:30 and of coarse called my wife's workplace and she wasn't there. Terrible customer service. Once I expressed my dismay, the manager proceeded to hang up on me. These people ruined one of my anniversary gifts, don't let them do it to you!
