Take your time and shop around. My bill worked out to appx $200 per hour for the labor alone not including parts. The technician and his supervisor were unwilling to itemize my bill for me. Additionally they charged a $29 evaluation fee that was not deducted even though I allowed them to do the work. You can do better in my opinion just shop around.

I don't recommend Franks Plumbing. A certain lady in the office was very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional when she hung the phone up on my mother. Very unimpressed and upsetting to receive this kind of service for such a high price.

Franks is honest and responsive. They have helped us out twice now when the heater went out on a Friday evening.
