I find Dr. Hamilton compassionate, smart, and very caring. She obviously knows exactly what she is talking about but is willing to put it in simplistic terms which I can understand. She doesn't tell me just what I want to know but also what I need to know. Her waits aren't bad and for the most part her staff is friendly.
