Searching for outstanding ribs ends here. When I want a special treat, I go to Frankies. There are numerous rib places but none compare.

Sadly, upon moving back to the area for the 4th time, we discovered this location is now closed. They were the best ribs I had ever had anywhere. Not sure if the one at Kempsville and Providence Road is still open or not. Hope to get over that way soon to find out.

Our group frequents this place. The food is good. Excellent service. Moderately priced. The ribs are probably the best around. Nice family atmosphere. Atmosphere is so so but the food makes up for it. I highly recommend it.
