Traditional Tae Kwon Do school for children and adults. We provide beginner to black belt level training that consists of Form, Breaking, Self-Defense, Kicking Techniques, and Sparring. In addition, we provide After-School, Seasonal Camp, and Birthday Party Program for children.

I have been going to classes at Fox Mill Tae Kwon Do three to four times a week for over ten years. That alone should be an indication of how worthwhile I feel the program to be. The tae kwon do...
