Floors are EXTREMELY squeaky and very loud. When I first moved in there were sprickets everywhere and dead roaches (they obviously sprayed but never cleaned the bugs up) and parking is HORRIBLE. Spots are not assigned and I often have to park very far away at night to get to my home. I'm moving as soon as my lease is up.
I've lived here 2 months and its great! Very spacious, I feel safe outside at night, and the maintenance people are always friendly. The office staff knows everything about everyone and its kind of prince knowing they are looking out for me. I live in an apartment on the bottom floor with 2 babies, occasionally I can the people above walking but that's all. Cons are no lights in the bedrooms...
I have lived here for months w/ 2 children, our dog & cat. I can't imagine how any one would find anything negative to say about this apartment complex. My apartment is spacious, & I have only had to call for maintenence once. They were very prompt, & fixed the problem within 2 hours after I called. The apartment manager is very friendly & helpful. I've never had any problems with noisy...
For the most part, it's a nice apartment complex. It's in a good area of town and quiet most of the time. However, the quality of tenants have gone downhill. If you're trashy, and a druggie, you're welcome here. Landscaping is practically non-existent, I haven't seen landscapers here since last fall. Needs some updating - the kitchen has 1970s colors and flooring and bad roach problems.
