I moved in July 2007 and I havent had any problems yet. The rent is very affordable and the apartment is a nice size. My only complaint is that you can hear every move the people upstairs make. The neighboorhood is safe and there is plenty parking.

Probably the worse thing about this area is the area itself. Not a safe place at all. Drugs and alot of folks who are up to no good. Recently found out that Papa Johns Pizza will not deliver to this place after dark, because a delivery person was robbed. The criminal element at Storch Woods and especially River Island next door is destroying Savage, MD.
