I felt very comfortable with Dr. Newby. He assured me he was in tune to my medical needs and that he would give it his undivided attention.

I've been going to Dr Newby even before ft norfolk was built. He is one of the best cardiologists around. The facility is up to date and there's ample parking...the staff is very friendly.... Very professional.
