Pretty sad you're ASE Certified and I'm having to fix your mistakes almost 3 years later. All that noise finally makes since now. I had to replace 4 transmission bracket bolts, and an oxygen sensor clip that you broke. I will NEVER take any vehicle here again or recommend anyone else to you! Don't worry most of Mocksville will know about this too...

I took my car to Formac Automotive, a Toy. Camry for repairs for a busted water pump. This was installed in Dec. 08 at a decent price. The coorespondance was average. Not too friendly and not unfriendly. They repaired the water pump or so I thought. Paid 180 for parts and labor only to find out that the water pump was refurbished not new which wasnt told to until AFTER the repairs. In...
