At first I thought my visit was amazing. Everyone was very nice and very compassionate. They did help me and they did give me a diagnosis. But since that it has been nothing but confusion and rudeness. I try to get a referral and that falls through, I try to get them to send my records to a specialist that I need to see they fall through with this as well and everytime I call to talk to someone on the phone they are rude to me. They really need to work on their hospitality when helping patience especially over the phone and getting things faxed. Maybe they need new office staff because they...

Forge Mtn. Medical in Mills River N.C….

Until recently I was a patient at Forge Mtn. Medical with Dr. Smith and his P.A. Julie Duvall.
I recently had a cold sore outbreak on two different occasions over the course of a month, and have had this problem for the past 10 years. I have been treating this with acyclovir and Valtrex as needed for each outbreak.
I have never had a problem with there services until recently. I called in to my doctor to ask if they could change my prescription from Acyclovir to Valtrex due to the amount of time needed for each outbreak to clear up. On the first...
