Foothill place apartments are in a great location overlooking the valley. The apartments themselves aren't so amazing, or at least the one I'm currently in. This one has cheap flooring and counters and the pantry is literally a large deep empty space where you have to strategically stack your food on top of itself, no shelves at all. This apartment isn't that great but it also isn't that bad. The price is pretty good for the size and location and it has a number of great amenities. I rent a two bedroom that is about 800 square feet. It is newly renovated and beautiful. It comes with two sliding doors, shared bathroom but separate entrances and cabinets. The only downfall to the apartment itself is you can hear EVERYTHING....

The Foothill Place Apartments are not the cheapest in Salt Lake or Sugarhouse. But two pools, a small fitness center, and a great location by the highway and by the U make it a fine place to live. The management is a bit surly and maintenance isn't same day, but you won't be surprised by anything if you read the contract thoroughly.
