I needed an oil change and the service engine soon light was on so I took my truck, ford f150 year 2002 to pep boys. They said that for a diagnostic I have to pay around $100 plus the oil change, so I told them go ahead and call me with the diagnostic cause I need my truck fixed.
At 1 pm a ??technician? calls me, he talks for five minutes and he says $950.00, wow?.

is always needing something done to it. sometimes, when my husband is able to make the needed repairs, he'll send me down to the pb with a list . the employees are very helpful to me finding all of the items we need and even called me once to let me know that i had left some money on the counter!
I have been here to have tires put on my vehicle. First of all the prices are great! I never really had much interaction with the staff. I mean there was a guy to check me out but he was not overly friendly..just efficient. The one thing that bugged me is that they are usually very busy so sometimes it can take a while. However, since I got such a great deal I guess I should not complain....
