Pros - professional, great carpentry, wood finish work. If you can draw it, Steve can build it. Friendly and trustworthy. CLEAN! Finishes a job before starting a new job.

Cons - Wildly inaccurate bid. Took FOREVER to complete. Can't get him back on site to start other work (he's too busy). Paint job is mediocre (I keep finding places that are missed, cracked, etc.).
