My Boyfriend ordered flowers last week to have delivered to me by 4 pm Thursday. I got a call from work today, Saturday, at 3 pm (my day off). I went in to get my flowers and found the roses to already be wilting. The least they could have done was sent a fresh arrangement. Not impressed.

I use them frequently and they do a wonderful job. The flowers are beautiful. As a side note they have been significant supporters of Ronald McDonald House Charities for years.
