Dorothy is excellent at her craft. She listened while my daughter described her wedding vision of bringing the outside in, using native flowers and natural elements. The arrangements and design were breathtaking. Dorothy takes an idea and elevates it to an art. I have NEVER seen such beautiful work.

Dorothy and team A+++++. Oh my god, beautiful arrangements, responsive, perfection at its finest. I got several quotes for the same thing, and the funny thing is her price was the most reasonable and her work was by far the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Couldn't be any happier!!!!

Dorothy was amazing to work wiht- meeting with us 4-5 times in the year leading up to the wedding. Our flowers at the rehearsal dinner, ceremony site and reception were all gorgeous. Definitely expensive but worth it to avoid the hassle of DIY when it is a destination wedding.

Dorothy really did a wonderful job for us, especially on short notice. The flowers and the chiffon pieces she provided were perfect for our small event. The purple flowers she found based on my Pinterest ideas were just beautiful and she worked so well with our cake vendor and our venue to make everything perfect.

Dorothy at Bells and Whistles did an amazing job for the flowers and décor at our wedding. I had some pictures in my head of the colors I wanted and what I wanted the centerpieces to look like. We discussed them during a phone consultation and I sent a few small Pinterest pictures – she created centerpieces and bouquets that exactly matched what I envisioned (but probably didn’t do the best job...
