This is the worst experience as a renter possible , the staff talks trash about each other and the tenants so that everyone can hear, the rent goes up every year with short notice ,everyone that has ever moved out has the sam experience, Floresta keeps the whole deposit, and charges hundreds , sometimes thousands for made up damages, and for damages that were there before move in. Beware!!...

This place was very well taken care of when we first moved in 2 years ago. They grounds were very well kept and the service calls were handled very swiftly. The apartment size is perfect for the couple who is just starting out. We have the 2/2. Not having a balcony is kind of not cool, but the outside area from the third floor is nice. Floresta: The Good, The Bad and The Ugly

I lived at the Floresta Apartments for almost two years now so I'll give a breakdown of the good and bad:

The Good: A very pretty community that is pet friendly. I love taking my dogs for a walk around the lake and they do have a "Bark Park" which is essentially a small gated area where our four legged friends can run and do their business.

We have been at Floresta for almost one year. I have to say I love it here. We did just get notice that the rent is going up $150/month, but I was expecting that with the complex being purchased earlier this year.
