In my purchase from Floormall.com, the flooring quality and customer service were very poor. My installer said the wood was defective and spoke with them. After that, they refused to accept or return my calls. I went to their office and they called the police and said I was going to be put in jail and my children (who were there) would be taken away!

The manufacturer decided the defective...

I purchased 830 ft of new hardwood floors,floormall was at least $700 cheaper than any where else in va.beach.My floor came in exactly when they said it was.In addition when the floor arrived at their warehouse,they went out of their and delivered it to my house and helped bring it inside.I am glad i went to floormall, it was all a very pleasent experience.it is hard to find a company that has...
