We purchased carpet for one small room in our house from Carpet America. They were so great in the showroom. Someone came out the next day to measure and was very professional. We didn't hear anything from Carpet America for three weeks. Finally they called to tell us the carpet was in. Had to wait over a week to get it installed but that was fine with us. So now we are four weeks into this process when the installer shows up late to install the carpet. We scheduled between 9-12 and he arrived after 1pm. He looked at the room and told us that the sales person did not order enough...
