Went to Floor Trader today and walked around for 30 minutes and never was approached by a sales person until one walked up to me and said please don't touch the samples. Really ....we walked out...

My husband and I had just purchased our new home, which required some major carpet replacement due to the previous owner's multiple rotwilers! We were on a limited budet and researched several area carpet locations including home stores, retailers and contractor specialty locations. A friend of mine told me about Stone Mountain so we went to check it out.

What an awesome experience! They had a huge selection and what a great variety of prices to choose from. The people were so helpful and since we were ultimately carpeting most of our 2200 square foot home, we had lots of questions. ...

The people were rude and when you could get help they didnt help out alot. To get my product installed was horrible. I will never return to them....EVER
