At first they are so nice and treat you like family, but once you start signing the paperwork and realize the EXTREMELY high rates they charge, it all starts to go downhill. They wouldn't take my automatic bill pay bank check for payment, their Mickey Mouse website wouldn't give me the correct amout to pay or allow me to change the payment amount. When I decided to call in the payment they wanted to charge me a processing charge to take my money and on my 4th attempt to pay at the store and pick up my check payment they refused to take, they wanted me to pay a late fee which I refused.

First off calvinhopkins37 makes himself and his company look real bad. I am actually writing this on a pc I got from them. I listened to the guy selling me on thier services and I was just like ""OK! get on with it!"" rambling on about how cheap they are and all that. So I made sure to read the contract and have them fully explain ""total cost of ownership"" but I was quoted 1.65% not 1.8% he said something about that being only at best buy flexis and I was at a walmart appliance market/flexi??? (didnt know they were doing that, good ol Mr. Waldon at it again lol) anyway long story short,...
