This is by far the best gym I have been to in the area! Great atmosphere and everyone is willing to help you! No judgement around here! Old school iron plates and just great for people who are looking to lift weights. If your looking to do cardio then this might not be the place for you, although they do have cardio machines.

Best. Gym. Ever. The staff are awesome! The equipment is epic. And best of all. No rules. Lol. As long as you're safe and respectful of those around you, you are good to go. Everyone is cool and willing to help if you need it. Also, I hope you're not looking for a treadmill. This isn't a fitness center, it's a GYM.

This is it. This is the one I've been searching for. The last of the black iron gyms as they say. An old school, hardcore, no nonsense gym. 170 lbs dumbbells, hydraulic lift squat rack, tons of hammer strength, chalk on everything. They even have those old Nautilus machines with the old bicycle chain style …

great instructors, and awesome results

i have always been an active person... softball, volleyball, gym, etc. i never really thought too much on preventative excercising until i injured my back. someone told me about pilates and the benefits your whole body receives. they were right! not only does my back feel stronger and painless, i have toned my legs and abs into summer shape. thanks to studio p... i am now enjoying all my daily...
