Dr. Scott is one in a million. My husband had extreme leg swelling with degradation of his leg skin with a serious kidney problem. Dr. Scott took a look, told him what to do, bandaged him up, and completely fixed his legs! He is kind, pleasant, easy to talk to, explains fully and answers questions. Highly recommend this doctor.

Dr. Scott has a personality that is above all others. He does a very thorough examination and his staff is very friendly and courteous. He listens to all questions and answers very knowledgeably.

I've gone to Dr Devine for many years. He is very well educated I originally went to his teacher and mentor and Indiana Dr. James strickland. Dr Strickland sent me to Dr Devine when I moved to Virginia. I can honestly say Dr Devine is more caring I takes more time with his patients and his predecessor. He is the best hand doctor surgeon I have ever had. He is well worth the wait, believe Me!
