Holy smokes! So rude on the phone!

That's enough to scare potential customers away!!!! I wanted to look for a new bed set, dining set and sofa set since we're moving into our new home and thought we'd give them a call and the man that answered the phone was extremely rude! Just for that, they've lost us as a customer!

I don't understand how people can conduct their business this way. It's a shame! Shame on you mister!

I don't usually write reviews but I was forced to write after reading the shockingly bad, lone review written so far. 17 years ago I was brought to this store (originally in NE Philly) by my husband to furnish our new home. (His parents AND his grandparents before them all purchased their furniture from Fleishman's).

We were treated with great care and consideration all the way through....

Extremly Rude and inconsiderate service. Would not recommend this place to anyone looking to be treated with respect. This is the type of company that only provides good service if it is benefiting them is some way. BOOO!!

We are a factory authorized dealer for about 100 manufacturers, and we have a huge in-store catalog library from those companies for those hard to find items, in addition to our showroom. We pride our self on our ability to give experienced sales help in store, along with competent delivery and service after the sale is made. We offer free delivery and set-up in Philadelphia and the immediate suburbs. We also deliver outside the immediate area, such as to Shore Points, New York City, Delaware, Maryland, DC, and the Pocono Mountains with a nominal delivery charge. We service and warrant what we sell.
