The Williamsburg office is the worst run medical practice in town. The office never picks up the phones or returns calls! Blood work results sit on someone's desk for 18 days without patient being informed! Messages left for appointments are not returned. If the doctor thinks his staff is representing him well, dream on??

My family has seen Dr Vaughn for over 10 years. He listens to all your needs and prescribes what is needed. He also makes himself available through the mychart system. He is very smart and a great doctor.

The doctor is great and so are the Medical Assistants that do the ALLERGY TESTING. The office staff appear unorganized and they never call you back. Try getting through to schedule an appt. Very difficult.

Dr. Sessler is a good doctor. She has been great treating all of my symptoms except my Sinuses. Due to the lack of anti-biotics which caused congestive heart failure. I am now paying the price. Its like I cannot get well. Scheduling is great. The wait time is so so depending on what day it is and I haven't seen a nurse on my last 2 visits.
