We had dinner here with a group of five friends. Beautiful drive out here from DC-- about 1-1.5 hours. Lovely area along the Potomac--- and this restaurant has open windows to see, or also tables to sit outside. Simple place with basic decorations. Menu is focused on seafood, esp crab, fish, and shrimp. Incredibly reasonable prices. Really friendly and no-nonsense...

Nice restaurant with a great view but very poor parking options when crowded. Attended the St. Patrick's day party, 14 in our group. The waitress did a wonderful job taking our orders, delivering our food and keeping up with our drinks. The food was good and big portions at reasonable prices. Having live music is always a plus, band last...

Everyone in our group raved about the great seafood. Service was outstanding. The atmosphere and view of the water are fantastic. Will return frequently. And a great additional bonus -- the marina sells ethanol-free gasoline! Love Fitzie's!!!
