I have lived here for a couple of years. It is a gated apartment. The gates do not protect the parking lots. We have a lot of thefts and vehicle burglaries. Been here 6 months and really enjoy the place. Location is close enough to uptown to enjoy it, but far enough away to have more reasonable prices. Three pools, two dog parks, and a nice 2 story gym. Staff and maintenance are very friendly and responsive. Great bang for the buck here. I have felt safe here on the 3rd floor, but taking a star away for reported break-in's to cars and apartments.

Perfect for Roommates

This apartment is perfect for roommates. The layout is not only massive for Uptown Dallas it's really well thought out with giant closets and storage space. The room with the larger "master" closet has a smaller bedroom than the "secondary" room space, so my roommate and I both get something extra. The kitchen has great storage and quality finishes. I can't believe we can afford so much space...

There are MANY things wrong with this apartment complex. There have been giant roaches in both my roommate's room and mine. The cell phone reception is almost non-existent. The walls are so paper thin that I get woken up every single day from loud banging upstairs.
