Best Gym in Downtown Norfolk!
I love this gym! The membership is affordable and includes all of the classes. Any added amenities (like locker rental and towel service) are ridiculously cheap. The instructors and staff are knowledgeable and very nice. The facility is beautiful and kept in very clean and working order. Would recommend to anyone, whether you're just starting to work out or you're a competitive athlete! They have what you need!

Seriously LOVE it!!
I LOVE Fitness First! I joined a few months ago and I am so happy I did! It's got the best equipment, great instructors, and a super friendly staff. Plus I love trying the group classes. And, it's really CLEAN!! You should definitely join this gym :)
