I have going to fitness 19 for a year now and couldn't be happier! They have great hours, the staff is super nice. The gym is always clean and they have a plenty of machines. Sam is a fantastic trainer! She always makes sure my form is good even when I'm not training with her. I strongly recommend this gym to anyone!

Absolutely perfect. Has everything and never packed. However, there's only one in Chesapeake and it's 30 minutes away from my house. I make the drive everyday because it's worth it, but I wish there was one closer to me on Military and Providence.

So my husband and I are working out and IT IS HOT IN HERE! The thermostat on the aerobic side reads 82° while the thermostat on the other side reads 74°. My iPhone says it's 90° outside. If I wanted to run in the hot sun I would do that. We both have asthma and this is unacceptable.
