Thank you for the timely service on the tankless water heater problem. If unusually cold weather happens again, it's good to know that the problem with the drain line (error code 25) won't happen again. I'm always wary of getting a repairman's name from the product's website but when our waterheater stopped working in the middle of the polar vortex I had to do just that. Tim Fitch was fantastic. He was able to get to our place within a couple of hours, and stood outside in the cold for a couple of more fixing the problem, and then doing additional work to make sure the problem won't happen...
