There are 2 years that my son has been in class at FIST and I am really proud of his progress, all teachers are so kind and very experient with the training. I wish you can read it and came to be part of this great team!!!

I think F.I.S.T. is great and my child loves it. The staff is always on top of things, answering our emails or phone calls immediately. They teach the children self-respect and how to respect their parents, more importantly. :) I think…

I don't or ever have trained but I do go to a high end gym, and can tell you that FIST is by far cleaner and I like their approach to fitnes...
