The customer service sucks, they are robbing the customers and if you leave you car there for oil change or any service they will damage your parts which were perfectly fine and then ask you to pay thousands to replace them. 
This is called cheating and looting. they should be sent to jail and fined for their cook ways of doing business.
Beware and stay away from Sewell. Nasty people
