Out of all of the numerous car dealerships in tidewater First Team Toyota is the best! Tommy Brady was so easy to work with. Absolutely no pressure, clear pricing, great inventory to choose from...what more could you ask for! We ended up purchasing two vehicles from them and they have made us customers for life. Bought a used car that we immediately found out had extensive damage. First Team said ""too bad"". Now we are stuck with a vehicle we paid $10,000 for that will cost $2500 MORE to repair so that it will run! Avoid this place!

I walked on the lot (with some what fear) and was greeted by Ron Jones. He greeted my wife and myself and told us that we could look and if we had any questions to feel free to ask. He stayed with us and was easy to work with. Nice experience. We are now the proud owners of a 2011 Camry!
