This is the absolute WORST bank I've ever had to encounter with. My card has been hacked & I've been trying to call the fraud hotline for 2 days now AND NO ONE ANSWERS!!!! My hard earned money is being stolen and this bank that puts "me first" hasn't done the first thing to solve this problem. HELLO BB&T. smile emoticon
No access to account balances and no announcements that information was not going to be available
Customer service line is not open 24 or even into the evening, just until around 5pm or even on weekends. I've had repeated issues with my card being declined ( and there is plenty of money in the account) due to "communication issues." I'm not planning to stay with them much longer, the denied cards on both my accounts was the final straw.
