The SettingThe site of the first landing of settlers to Virginia, the park offers both cultural and recreational activities, including an unguarded beach and indoor aquariums. A boat launch is available with access to the Chesapeake Bay and Atlantic Ocean.The FacilityThe park offers cabins, camping and group camping. There is a full-service bathhouse with hot water showers is provided in all camping areas. No electric and water hookups are available. There is a dump station. All sites have a picnic table and grill or fire ring.
Spread across an area of 2888 acres, First Landing State Park is a regularly visited destination that entices visitors with its tranquil airs.
