This agency is unable to maintain children in therapeutic foster homes, due to the lack of employing trained professionals. I would not let this agency take care of a pet let alone manage cases for foster children. I have found the staff to be incompetent and ignorant to include the case managers, supervisors and the program manager. This agency really needs to look at their internal practices and make the necessary changes, especially restructuring and hiring knowledgeable staff. Please do NOT use this agency if you want to assist children with addressing their issues and achieving goals. I am very disappointed with the services. The state licensing board should conduct a detailed audit of this agency.
