I used to use these guys a lot. They were pretty good. Then they got a new manager. I think they are a high grossing store so the big shotd let them do what they want. Firestone at 407 not bad but these Flower Mound guys live up to every crappy stereotype there is about car repair guys. my car had a flat tire and so I took it to Firestone. My tires are expensive costing 350 bucks/tire of which I am well aware of. I also got the tires aligned which was extra charge. I had a great experience today at this store. Toby went above and beyond in helping me with a problem on my car that I wasn't able to fix myself. As a customer service professional, I am very aware of how good service can make or break a business.
