Took my 2004 Tribute in for inspection. They were courteous & had it ready by lunch as asked. Problems were; 1) they rejected front brake pads, 2) front rotors & 3) wanted me to pay them $558 for a simple brake job. This is my go to place for service on my family cars. The staff is really helpful and often willing to bend over backwards to make things right. I just left this place after waiting two hours for a state inspection. After I miss 2 hours work waiting they inform me they can't inspect my van because it is raining. It was raining when I arrived... They never told me they had to do this inspection outside. I won't be back. That's no way to do business.. I don't want to give them any stars..
