We were given a Friday installation date and when we got there, they told us that they could not accommodate us, we had to reschedule for Monday. I will not use this provider again.

The installation went well as promised, on time service with easy explanation. The tire has been delivered as promised by tire buyer to the local Firestone service center, I have called the Firestone service center to schedule the installation and the installation has been completed same day while waiting at their service center within an hour.
